This 4th impression of Dr No is an interesting oddity, in that the colophon states it was printed in 1962, but the fourth impression was not actually published until 1963 (This error was subsequently corrected in later printings). This is an exceptional example, passable for being in almost as-new, and un-read condition. Clean, bright internal pages throughout, and no marks or annotations or any blemishes of any sort. Presents in fine condition. Jacket is in near-fine condition, and would be considered 'fine' save for a few small marks on the back panel. The jacket for this edition features an entirely re-set back panel, featuring reviews of Thunderball. THIS HAS AN EXCEPTIONALLY RARE JACKET - it is one of just 100 copies that were over-printed, and re-priced by printer, Bain, replacing the original 15s price. The 4th impression is already numerically scarce (just 1,996 copies were bound), but this repriced jacket makes this book exceedingly rare to find.
