An excellently presenting near fine example of this rare US first paperback printing, with distinctive cover art by Barye Phillips. This is a bibliographically significant paperback, in that it marked the 'first' time From Russia With Love appeared anywhere (globally) in paperback form. (The UK Pan paperback did not appear until the following year, in April 1959). This is a superlative example, with a near perfect, non-creased spine (just a tiny split to the top joint), and bright inner pages that are completely unmarked and without any interior distractions. Tight binding, no loose pages or pages that feel like they could become loose. This book is nigh-on 70 years old, and to be found in this superior condition is a rare treat. This one's a real survivor, and one of the best I've ever handled.
