This rare paperback (print number unknown, but believed to be very small), serves as a fascinating outlier book for Bond collectors, renamed as it was for American audiences [to the reported chagrin of Fleming himself, whose own suggestions, 'The Double-O Agent' and 'The Deadly Gamble', were rejected].
